ABOUT US
We started in this location in October 2009. We are family owned and operated. We have 2 pet stylists: Carla Gentry and Trisha McConnell (sisters), 1 bathing tech: Jacob Gentry (Carla's son), and 1 at home receptionist: Sherry McConnell (Carla and Trish's mom).
We have a grooming salon that is open to full viewing and your pets are in the same room we are for constant supervision. We're proud to offer quality services at affordable prices and we accept all sizes and all breeds, both dogs and cats!!
Our facility has 1,000 square feet of space. We have a large fenced in back yard for restroom breaks, lots of toys and treats, and plenty of affection and attention.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our company, Steel City Grooming was established in 2009 with Carla and Trisha, who are sisters, as the owners. As of August, 2011, Trisha has backed downed from ownership, even though she still enjoys grooming and Carla renamed the salon "Carla's Grooming Inc". We had previously worked at Barks-A-Lot Inc since opening day in 2005 with Carla as the co-owner. Our regular customers particularly value our friendly atmosphere and quick turn around times while still providing a quality grooming service at a price they can afford.
